How do I create a new support ticket?

To create a new support ticket:

1. Log in to the IT Ticketing System at ticketing.gazlite.com.ph.

2. Click the "Submit a ticket" button.

3. Fill in the required fields

4. Click "Submit."
   You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID.
